Here are the upcoming 2026 fiscal year-end dates for the week of Monday, June 8.

The university has launched a new system for purchases over $100,000, Significant Purchase Requests, and contract reviews.

We have posted the deadlines for financial activities to our Calendar Year-End page in preparation for University Closure.

We are excited to announce the Travel and Expense transformation project, scheduled for completion in July 2026.

Financial Services, the Office of Budget and Planning, and Finance Strategy & Solutions have been consolidated into the new Finance & Budget division.

A new Calendar Year-End Information page is now available on the Financial Services website.

On Monday, July 3, 2023, the Procurement & Contracting Services (PACS) website, pacs.arizona.edu, will be officially decommissioned.

University Closure will be from Friday, December 23, 2022, through Monday, January 2, 2023. Please review the below dates for deadlines before or during the closure period. 

During University Closure from Friday, December 23, 2022, through Monday, January 2, 2023, there will be no mail delivery, including inter-campus and outbound mail processing, to main campus.
