Upcoming year-end deadlines and dates
Monday, July 13
- Deadline for initiating year-end documents is 2 p.m., and the deadline for business offices to approve them is 5 p.m. Approved documents will post to Period 13.
- Campus access to year-end documents is removed at 5 p.m.
- Last day for any FY 2026 changes to accounts.
- Final FY 2026 Period 12 close.
- Campus can resume submitting asset retirements and transfers.
Wednesday, July 15
- Campus can begin editing accounts for FY 2027.
Friday, July 31
- FY 2026 Period 13 and fiscal year-end closes after nominal activity transactions have been verified.
