Accounts Payable has launched the new PCard training in EDGE Learning. This updated training aims to provide a deeper understanding of policy, procedure, and general information about the PCard program.

To assist University business offices with changes stemming from the University Financial Action Plan, we have created a resource with information and guidance on the international travel restrictions and purchasing freeze instituted for the remainder of FY 24.

The updated Financials Modernization Chart of Accounts training is now available in EDGE Learning. This updated training expands on the previous Chart of Accounts training and introduces information about our upcoming new financial system, Oracle Cloud ERP.

PCard Policy 6.2 Travel Enhancements has been transitioned to the Financial Services Manual under Policy 14.11 Travel Funding.
