Ahead of the Travel & Expense system expansion, we recommend reviewing the training options below that cover booking travel, submitting receipts and requests for expense reimbursements, and reconciling University Card (PCard) activity.
These trainings will help you, your business office, or your department/unit prepare for the expanded system and are grouped by subject matter, with content tailored for those who book travel, submit expenses, or manage financial processes. Trainings are available for audiences, including:

This tool will provide guidance on how different users may interact with Travel & Expense. The University ProCard training provides employees with an overview of the University Card Program, including policy requirements and compliance expectations. Employees who would like to apply for a ProCard must complete this training before receiving approval. We also strongly recommend this training to ProCard Delegates, Fiscal Officers (and their delegates), and Business Office employees.

The Travel & Expense University Card training provides employees with an overview of the University Card Program, including policy requirements and compliance expectations. Employees who would like to apply for a TravelCard or OneCard must complete this training before receiving approval. We also strongly recommend this training to card delegates, fiscal officers (and their delegates), and business office employees.

This training walks cardholders through the various types of card service requests, such as new card requests, updates to current cards, self-reported violations, and card closures. Approvers
In Travel & Expense, there are three different kinds of approval roles. This section provides training and information for approvers.

Employees Seeking Out-of-Pocket Reimbursement
Employees who made a university purchase with their personal funds and are seeking reimbursement should use the Travel & Expense system to make their reimbursement requests. Employees can set up delegates to assist them with this process.
- If the reimbursement is related to University Business Travel, be sure to follow the guidelines for the Travel Expense Report
- If the reimbursement is not related to Travel, use the Non-Travel Expense Report
