In early 2020, we announced the reorganization of several teams within Financial Services to form the Treasury unit, which is comprised of investments, endowments, capital finance, and cash accounting.

To create a better experience for our campus and external customers, Financial Services is conducting an audit of its network of websites.

On September 30, 2021, the University of Arizona transition from Wells Fargo to JP Morgan Chase will be complete and University Wells Fargo bank accounts will officially close. It is essential that you review the ACH and Wire payments that belong to your department and verify that they are being sent to JP Morgan Chase.

Financial Services has been working toward transitioning the Unclaimed ACH & Wires Portal Application to UAccess Analytics Reports, with a dashboard page called Unclaimed ACH | Wires | Checks which will be under the General – Financial Management Dashboard. This transition was made in partnership with University Analytics and Institutional Research (UAIR) and is scheduled to go live on Monday, March 22, 2021.

The first half of fiscal year 2020 has passed by in a whirlwind and we are certain the second half will go by even faster! We are excited to share some changes that have happened in Financial Services this year to keep our customers and campus partners well-informed.
