There have been many updates to UAccess Employee Time & Labor pages. Changes for Time Approvers and Time Coordinators are outlined below.

As campus monitors and responds to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to ensure that there is no disruption to your pay. We strongly recommend that you enroll in direct deposit to the bank of your choice.
Project Code Usage within UAccess Employee Position Distribution
Project codes may now be used consistently with position distributions in UAccess Employee.
Financial Administrator Series Applications Open
Financial Services and Research, Discovery & Innovation are now accepting applications for the twelfth cohort of the Financial Administrator Series (FAS) to be held in calendar year 2020.

As previously announced in late September, Financial Services is remodeling our space in the University Services Building (USB) rooms 402 and 502.

Financial Services is remodeling our space in the University Service Building (USB) rooms 402 and 502 starting October 1 through early December.
NetID+ Now Required for Direct Deposit Information
Effective February 6, NetID+, the university’s two factor authentication system, will be required to access the Direct Deposit feature in UAccess Employee. This security enhancement is designed to better protect the safety of our employees’ financial assets.
