Upcoming year-end deadlines and dates
Wednesday, June 10
- Deadline for approval of PCard limit changes and purchase exception requests
Friday, June 12
- Deadline to submit FY 2026 temporary budget transfers and revisions
Monday, June 15
- Deadline to make purchases in Shop Catalogs (Buyways) for FY 2026. Purchases for FY 2027 can be made starting July 1.
- Deadline for PCard purchases, except for travel expenses. PCard purchasing resumes on July 1.
Thursday, June 18
- Deadline to submit asset retirements and transfers to Property Management for FY 2026.
Friday, June 19
- UAccess will be available during the Juneteenth holiday, but no batch processing will occur.
