Monday, May 4, 2026
- Begin maintaining sub-object and project codes for both FY 2026 and FY 2027
Tuesday, May 5, 2026
- Departments can begin creating requisitions for FY 2027
Friday, May 8, 2026
- Last day for departments to submit fully approved Purchase Order amendments to be processed in FY 2026
Monday, May 11
- The last day for contract amendments that impact FY 2026 purchasing activity
Wednesday, May 13
- The last day to submit endowment transfer of funds to guarantee they will be processed for FY 2026
