Deleting a "Remaining Balance" Account with Multiple Accounts
You cannot directly delete an account that is currently designated as your Remaining Balance account. Instead, you must update the existing Remaining Balance account with the new desired account information, replacing the previous account. You must have one account designated as your Remaining Balance account.
To change your Remaining Balance account:
- Log into UAccess Employee.
- From the UA Employee Main Homepage, select Payroll & Compensation and then Direct Deposit.
- If the account you want to designate as your new Remaining Balance account is already listed, select the account and choose Remove. You cannot have duplicate account information, so it must be removed before proceeding.
- If the account is not already listed, skip this step.
- Locate the account currently designated as your Remaining Balance account (identified under the Amount/Percent column) and select it.
- Enter the banking information for the account you want to designate as your new Remaining Balance account in the required fields, then select Save. You will receive an email confirmation once your changes have been saved.
