This Week’s Year-End Activities
Monday, May 5, 2025
- Requisitions and Purchase Orders can now be created for FY 2026.
- All Sub-Object Codes and Project Codes will need to be maintained in both FY 2025 and FY 2026.
Friday, May 9, 2025
- Deadline for approved reorganization/department title/account remapping changes to the Office of Budget and Planning.
- The last day for departments to submit fully approved amendments to Purchasing to ensure the amendment is processed in FY 2025.
Next Week’s Year-End Activities
Wednesday, May 14, 2025
- Last day to submit endowment Transfer of Funds to guarantee they will be processed for FY 2025.
